Giftling License Agreement

1. License to Use Giftling

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Giftling platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

• Creating personalized digital gifts using our tools and AI.
• Saving, sharing, and printing generated messages for private use.
• Accessing your dashboard and saved recipients.

2. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including:

• Recipient details
• Custom messages
• Personal stories or media

However, by submitting content to our platform, you grant Giftling a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your gift.

All trademarks, branding, software, design assets, and content (excluding user-provided content) are the property of Giftling and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the platform without written consent.

7. Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to Giftling at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

All content generated by Giftling is provided "as is." While we strive for emotional quality and personalization, we cannot guarantee that every output will meet your expectations. Giftling is not liable for any emotional, financial, or legal outcomes resulting from your use of the platform.
